3. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements.
Timely review and approve deliverables at agreed milestones.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Provide necessary access, assets, and resources as required.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed source code and deliverables become the client's property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools used remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quantromind's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days' written notice. Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
