Cancellation Policy

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

• Projects may be cancelled by the client with 30 days' written notice to contact@quantromind.com.
• The client shall pay for all work completed and resources committed up to the date of cancellation.
• Any advance payments for uncommenced work will be refunded within 30 business days.

2. Quantromind-Initiated Cancellation

Quantromind reserves the right to cancel a project if:

• The client fails to make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
• The client fails to provide required resources, approvals, or access for more than 30 days.
• The project scope changes substantially without mutual agreement.

3. Effect of Cancellation

• All completed work products will be delivered to the client upon settlement of outstanding payments.
• Intellectual property transfers only upon full payment of all dues.
• Confidentiality obligations survive cancellation.
